We deliver across Egypt by courier. Cash on delivery is available, and delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your governorate.

Buy 2 pads or more and shipping is free.

Free pickup — you can collect your order for free from our point in 6th of October City. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a pickup time.

An unused pad in its original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery — contact us first and we'll arrange it.

Because each pad's card is unique and single-use, a card that has already been registered cannot be returned or refunded. If a pad arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it.

Every pad includes one physical ONE PC card — Gold, Silver, or Bones. Scan its QR code, register it, and it's yours: first to register owns it.

Your tier sets your discount on ONE PC event tickets: Gold 100% off, Silver 50% off, Bones 20% off. Giveaway odds are equal across every tier.

Cards are physical only and single-use. A lost card means lost privileges — there's no digital copy and no replacement, so keep it safe.

We accept Cash on delivery, InstaPay, and the ONE PC Wallet.

For InstaPay or the ONE PC Wallet, you'll see the exact number to pay and the recipient name at checkout. Send the exact order total, then enter the number you paid from so we can verify and confirm your order.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order — your name, phone, email and delivery address — and the sender number you provide to verify a payment.

We use this to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We don't sell your data. To update or delete your details, message us any time.
